Mit einem PCR Test kann man praktisch alles finden, wenn man nur sucht.

PCR Pooltests haben eben den Nachteil dass das Ergebnis erst Abends oder am nächsten Tag kommt, wäre höchstens als Ergänzung sinnvoll.
